Soar Up Foundation respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
1. What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That usually means your name and email address when you contact us, and your name, email, and payment details when you donate online.
We do not collect information automatically. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not run any analytics scripts on this website.
2. How we use it
We use the information you give us only to:
- Reply to your email or message
- Process and acknowledge your donation
- Send you an update if you asked for one
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
We never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
3. How you can give
There are two ways to support our work, and each one handles your payment differently.
Online through Paystack. When you donate through our website, you are taken to Paystack's secure checkout. We do not see or store your card details at any point. Paystack's own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment information.
Directly through Mobile Money or bank transfer.You can also give directly using the Mobile Money or bank details on our donate page. In this case, your payment goes through your mobile network or your bank, and we receive the funds directly. We do not see your account credentials, only the name and amount that come with the transfer.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your contact information for as long as we are in touch with you, or as long as the law requires for donation records. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information

6. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The children we support are helped through their families and communities, not through this website. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Any big changes will also be announced on our home page.
